Time Flies...

When yer having fun!

Now is the time to think about getting some scarves started for the Red Scarf Project. Send in dates are usually between September & November each year. If you would like to become a contributer to team-goddess, please leave a comment.

What is Team Goddess?

Team Goddess is about providing a sense of online community between those who venerate Goddess, are of like-mind, and who also enjoy sharing their journey through knitting for charity with others. Consider this a craft-along blog as the scarves may be knit, crocheted or woven. Please check out the Orphan Foundation of America's page for more information on the Red Scarf Project and suggested patterns. We and those members here are not affiliated with OFA, we just enjoy knitting for charity and KALing with those of like-mind.

How to Join

Please leave your email addy (written out, for example: instead of someone@home.com write out someone at home dot com to fool the roaming spam-bots) in a comment field then keep an eye out for an invite to become an author to this here blog. Please check your spam folders if you fear you have been over-looked, before assuming so!!

We are actively seeking prize sponsors for the drawing we plan to hold on Oct 20th for those who have participated on the blog. We are only seeking small merchandise in small quantities (a skien of quality yarn, beaded stitch markers, needles, etc) and we ask that those donating them be the ones to send them to the winner. This keeps everything much more organized and less postage and packaging is wasted this way. Leave a comment if interested in being a prize sponsor!
